Day/Month of Coordination
Watermelon Sugar Film and Events offers two Day of Coordination options whether you are looking for someone to relieve the set up, timeline, and execution stress up until the alter or a full day of start to finish coordination, we have an option for you!
How Day of Coordination with us works is, that we leave the planning to you unless you need vendor recommendations, however, we will have 3 meetings up to your day. The first one will be around the six-week mark where we will discuss every detail of your event that you know. We will then have another meeting 4 to 3 weeks before your wedding to clarify details. Our last meeting will the The week of your wedding date where we will go over the timeline and overall execution for the day of, like who will be involved in set up/takedown, where you have to be, and when and overall expectations, this includes a rehearsal if available. One of these meetings can consist of a venue tour depending on our schedules, location and package, so I can have a valuable understanding when executing your vision.
Day of (Time depending on your selected package) we are the point person of the event's overall execution. From the day of vendor coordinating, ceremony and reception timing, set up, break down of your decorations, coordination of clean up responsibilities, and the nook and cranny details in between.
We Have a team of trained, certified event managers who can jump into any role, however, we do not cover responsibilities of chair and table setup or food pickup and serving without an extra charge.
